Earlier we reported about Pod2g and Chronic Dev Team releasing the much-anticipated iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak for all A4 powered devices. Chpwn, the famous iOS hacker and jailbreak developer has introduced a new utility in Cydia called Spire which according to him will install Siri on unsupported but jailbroken devices.
Spire is a small downloadable jailbreak app available in Cydia which once downloaded obtains files (necessary to run Siri) directly from Apple without copyright infringement issues.

Things are happening at much faster pace now, earlier we posted about Pod2g handing over his iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak to Chronic Dev Team for final release and now here’s another interesting update. Saurik, the renowned iOS hacker and founder of Cydia, has reportedly started caching SHSH blobs for iOS 5.0.1. The changes were brought into light by the users.

Mobile Substrate has just got the update for ASLR fix and has finally been released for iOS 4.3. Mobile substrate for iOS 4.3 is now available for download (links below).
